1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Teach Niche ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime access to the purchased lesson. Payments are processed through Stripe. Instructors receive 85% of the sale price; the platform retains a 15% commission. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Instructors retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, instructors grant Teach Niche a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display their content on the platform. Students may not redistribute, download, or share purchased content.

5. Instructor Terms

Instructors must connect a Stripe account to receive payments. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content. Teach Niche reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Teach Niche does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teach Niche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
